近日，印尼国家石油公司Pertamina中游业务子公司PT Pertamina Gas向领航国际出具合格制造商名单（AML）批准函。领航国际旗下仪表控制、安全类、智能变送器及控制阀产品顺利通过资格评估，正式纳入Pertamina Gas及其子公司合格制造商名录。本次获批产品类别中，领航国际是唯一入选的中国品牌，为后续项目跟进、客户开发及印尼本地市场拓展筑牢资质基础。

本次AML准入覆盖仪表控制与安全产品、电子式/智能变送器、控制阀三大类，覆盖现场测量、过程控制、安全保护与工艺调节全流程关键环节：

控制与安全产品：分布式控制系统（DCS）、可编程控制器（PLC）、PCS、ESS及 SCADA系统，支撑天然气处理设施、输送站场的过程监控、安全联锁与远程运维；

现场仪表：电子式 / 智能变送器，为天然气工艺参数监测、过程闭环控制提供可靠现场测量数据；

控制阀产品：配合控制系统与现场仪表，实现工艺介质调节，满足油气设施过程控制需求。

深入Pertamina天然气业务体系

PT Pertamina Gas是印尼国家石油Pertamina旗下核心天然气中游运营主体，由PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk（PGN）与PT Pertamina（Persero）共同持股，业务覆盖天然气输送、处理、贸易、分销，打通上游气源与下游电力、化肥、石化、钢铁等终端用户。公司运营天然气管道总长约2930公里，2025年天然气输送量超15亿标准立方英尺/日，合并营业收入约8.62亿美元。旗下多家子公司分别负责天然气贸易、LNG 接收再气化、液化储运、LPG 产销运输，构建起完整天然气中游运营体系。

本次成功准入，叠加领航国际于2026年6月取得的Pertamina上游业务主体 Pertamina Hulu Energi（PHE）AML 资质，标志着领航国际在Pertamina体系内的产品准入范围从油气上游，成功延伸至天然气中游领域，形成覆盖油气开采、天然气管输与处理场景的自动化产品资质矩阵。依托本次准入资质，领航国际可深度对接Pertamina Gas天然气管网、处理站场的自动化、测控与安全系统需求，进一步深化在印尼能源基础设施市场的布局。

Recently, PT Pertamina Gas, a midstream subsidiary within Indonesia’s national oil company Pertamina, issued an Approved Manufacturer List (AML) approval letter to LINGHANG. The letter confirms that the relevant LINGHANG-branded products have passed the qualification assessment and have been included in its AML, with approval covering Pertamina Gas and its subsidiaries.

The approved scope includes instrumentation, control and safety products, electronic/smart transmitters, and control valves. LINGHANG is the only Chinese brand selected in these approved product categories, establishing a foundation for pursuing project opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding its local market presence.

Following AML approval from Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) in June 2026 for its upstream business group, this latest approval further broadens LINGHANG’s product qualification coverage within the Pertamina group, extending its customer reach from upstream oil and gas into the natural gas midstream sector.

Established in 2007, PT Pertamina Gas is an important member of Pertamina’s Gas Subholding, with PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) and PT Pertamina (Persero) as shareholders. The company operates across the midstream and downstream natural gas sectors, including gas transportation, processing, trading, and distribution. Connecting upstream gas sources with downstream energy users, it plays an important role in Indonesia’s natural gas infrastructure development and energy supply.

According to official information published by the company in March 2026, Pertamina Gas operates approximately 2,930 kilometers of natural gas pipelines. In 2025, its gas transportation volume exceeded 1.5 billion standard cubic feet per day, while consolidated revenue reached approximately US$862 million. Its pipeline network and associated facilities serve industries including power generation, fertilizers, petrochemicals, and steel.

For LINGHANG, inclusion in the AML covering Pertamina Gas and its subsidiaries establishes the product qualification foundation needed to address automation requirements across gas transmission networks, processing facilities, and associated stations. It also creates opportunities to deepen customer cooperation within the Pertamina group.

In control and safety, the approved categories include Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), PCS, ESS, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. These products can support process monitoring, control, and safety requirements at natural gas processing facilities and transmission stations, enabling on-site operational management and remote monitoring.

In field instrumentation, the approved products include electronic/smart transmitters, which provide measurement data for monitoring process parameters, controlling processes, and assessing operating conditions. Reliable field measurement is an essential foundation for stable operations and effective control in natural gas transportation and processing.

In final control, the approved scope includes control valve products. Working alongside control systems and field instruments, these valves regulate process media to support process control requirements at the relevant facilities.

Overall, the AML approval spans multiple product categories, from field measurement and control and safety systems to final control elements. It reflects LINGHANG’s comprehensive product capabilities in process automation, instrumentation, and valves, while establishing a product qualification foundation for future participation in projects involving Pertamina Gas and its subsidiaries.
